The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Survey is one of the most respected assessments in healthcare, evaluating hospitals across the country on key measures such as patient safety, quality of care, and operational excellence. Achieving an “A” grade places Delta Health System among the top-performing hospitals nationwide.
