Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

The Delta Health System Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) provides specialized care for patients as they recover from anesthesia following surgery and other procedures. Our experienced nurses and clinical team closely monitor each patient’s vital signs, comfort, breathing, and overall condition during the immediate recovery period.

Patient safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide attentive, individualized care while monitoring for any effects or complications related to anesthesia. Our team works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the care team to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the next stage of recovery.
