Skilled Nursing Care
Registered nurses survey the patient’s care needs for a wide range of medical diagnoses and establish a plan of care under the direction of the patient physician.

- The patient requires services or nursing, physical therapy, and/or speech therapy

- The patient is under the care of a physician/allowed practitioner.
