The Medical Center has received an “A” grade in the Spring 2026 The Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Survey, a national recognition that highlights Delta Health System’s unwavering commitment to patient safety and quality care. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Survey is one of the most respected assessments in healthcare, evaluating hospitals across the country on key measures such as patient safety, quality of care, and operational excellence. Achieving an “A” grade places Delta Health System among the top-performing hospitals nationwide.
