Delta Health System To Acquire Alliance Cancer Center

Greenville, MS – Delta Health System today announced it has signed a definitive agreement under which Delta Health System will acquire the Alliance Cancer Center in Greenville, Mississippi from Alliance Oncology LLC. The parties expect the transaction to close on June 1, 2026.
The acquisition represents Delta Health System’s commitment to ensuring that patients in Greenville and the surrounding communities continue to have access to high-quality, convenient cancer care. As part of the agreement, Delta Health System will assume operational responsibilities for the center, including staffing, facility services and medical records oversight, while working to ensure continuity of care for patients. Alliance Oncology’s parent company, Akumin, will provide transitory support.
