Dr. Anosha Arshad, was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan where she graduated from Dow Medical College and completed her internship at a tertiary care hospital Karachi before transitioning to a community hospital setting. It is during that time that Dr. Arshad discovered a passion for a more patient-centered approach to medicine, one that goes beyond treatment and emphasizes understanding patients within the context of their daily lives.
Dr. Arshad is a first-generation physician, and her journey into medicine represents both a personal milestone and a source of continued motivation. She has a strong interest in patient education and preventive care, shaped by her experiences in community outreach programs across small towns and rural areas. These experiences reinforced her belief that meaningful healthcare often begins outside the hospital, through awareness, accessibility, and trust.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her cats, watching cricket and football, and restoring old furniture.

Patrick Dubugras Barone

Dr. Barone was previously trained in pediatrics and anesthesiology.
He is the father of ten-year-old twin girls. His hobbies are working out, dancing, and calisthenics. (He wishes he could say cooking too but has a long way to go.)
Dr. Barone believes in commitment, belonging, gratitude, and purpose. His current professional focus is sports medicine.
Jaya Krishna Reddy Endreddy, M.D.

Dr. Jayakrishna Reddy Endreddy was born and raised in Guntur, India. He attended medical school at Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences & Research Centre in Hyderabad where he developed a strong interest in community medicine and patient-centered care.
Growing up in an underserved region shaped his perspective on healthcare access and strengthened his commitment to improving preventive care in vulnerable communities. He is the first physician in his immediate family.
His professional interests include full-spectrum family medicine, sports medicine, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. He is passionate about addressing healthcare disparities and believes strongly in the role of primary care physicians in strengthening community health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Endreddy enjoys playing badminton, hiking, cooking and exploring new places. He also enjoys watching anime.

Sumana Goddu, M.D.

Dr. Sumana Goddu is a dual board-certified physician in Psychiatry and Obesity Medicine. Born and raised in India, she earned her medical degree from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER). She subsequently completed her Master of Public Health and Psychiatry residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
After nearly a decade of providing dedicated care to patients with serious mental illness, Dr. Goddu observed a persistent disconnect in modern healthcare: the separation of physical and mental health services. Driven to bridge this divide, she felt a strong calling to return to general medicine to treat the whole person rather than isolated conditions. To fulfill her passion for truly integrated care, Dr. Goddu chose to pursue additional training in Family Medicine. Her ultimate career goal is to establish a practice combining Psychiatry and General Medicine across inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering comprehensive, whole-body care.
Outside of medicine, her proudest achievement is her family, which includes her deeply supportive husband and their energetic four-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring nature.

Venkata Lakshmi Kalyani Gottemukkala, M.D.

Dr. Kalyani Gottemukkala was born and raised in Visakhapatnam, India. She earned her medical degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute in Chennai, India. She later moved to the United States and gained clinical experience in primary care and inpatient medicine before completing her Transitional Year residency at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Dr. Gottemukkala is particularly interested in hospital medicine and the management of acute and complex medical conditions. Her clinical interests include inpatient medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, and caring for underserved populations. Through her clinical experiences, she has developed a strong appreciation for multidisciplinary teamwork, clinical decision-making, and providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their hospitalization. She hopes to pursue a career as a hospitalist and continue serving communities where access to quality healthcare is greatly needed.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gottemukkala enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, working out at the gym, volunteering in the community, trying new foods, and participating in 5K and 10K races with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
"I am excited to continue my journey in Family Medicine in the Mississippi Delta and develop the clinical skills necessary for a career in hospital medicine. My experiences in rural medicine and my Transitional Year have strengthened my commitment to caring for diverse and underserved patient populations. I look forward to learning from my faculty and co-residents, contributing to the Delta community, and becoming a compassionate and well-rounded physician.
Dhruvkumar Jadav, M.D.

Dr. Dhruvkumar Jadav (Dhruv) was born and raised in Gujarat, India. He earned his medical degree from PDU Medical College, Rajkot, where he gained extensive clinical experience working in high-volume government hospitals. His commitment to public health led him to volunteer for the World Health Organization (WHO), contributing to large-scale health initiatives. Since moving to the U.S., Dhruv has completed diverse clinical rotations in Mississippi, Jersey City, New York, and Philadelphia, gaining a broad perspective on American healthcare delivery.
His medical interests are centered on comprehensive Family Medicine, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventative care. Having previously completed a rotation in the Mississippi Delta, he developed a deep appreciation for the community’s resilience and the critical role of primary care in rural settings.
Outside of medicine, Dhruv is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys staying active through Pickleball, Table Tennis, and Cricket, and he is always up for a strategic game of Chess. Recently, he has developed a passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting with new recipes. He also finds great joy in spending time with pets and exploring the local outdoors.

During my externship here, I was moved by the warmth and hospitality of the people and the genuine kindness of the medical team. I am eager to give back to this community and am proud to call Greenville my new home.”
Heer Patel, M.D.

Dr. Heer Patel was born in Gujarat, India, and raised across three countries in the Middle East where she currently resides in Sharjah, U.A.E. She earned her medical degree from G.M.E.R.S. Medical College and Hospital in Ahmedabad, where she gained experience serving underserved communities, that inspired her to pursue a career in Family Medicine.
Her medical interests include primary care, preventive medicine and community outreach.
In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time in parks, watching movies and exploring new restaurants with her friends.
