Tod Beasley

Tod joined Delta Health System as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025, bringing 40 years of experience in hospital finance, operations, and healthcare leadership.

Throughout his career, Tod has worked extensively with rural hospitals, serving in both executive management and consulting roles. His experience includes financial management, operational improvement, organizational restructuring, hospital turnarounds, and helping healthcare facilities navigate financial challenges, including bankruptcy recovery.

A key focus of Tod’s work is strengthening financial stability, improving operational efficiency, and developing sustainable financial strategies that support the long-term success of rural healthcare organizations. At Delta Health System, his leadership supports the health system’s financial sustainability and its ability to continue providing quality healthcare services throughout the Mississippi Delta.

Tod earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Wesleyan University.
