Stephanie Patton serves as Executive Director of Health System Development for Delta Health System. In this role, she oversees strategic grant development and external funding initiatives that support the health system’s operations, programs, infrastructure, and long-term growth.

A key focus of Stephanie’s work is developing and funding solutions that improve access to healthcare in rural communities. Her efforts address challenges such as transportation, workforce shortages, financial barriers, social determinants of health, and other issues affecting medically underserved communities throughout the Mississippi Delta.

Stephanie has extensive experience in grant development, community and economic development, and strategic initiatives supporting rural healthcare.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Louisiana.  She is married to Kenner Patton and they reside in Leland, Mississippi.
