Chrissy Nicholson serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Delta Health System. She has 30 years of human resources experience and has been a dedicated employee of the health system for 25 years.

In her role, Chrissy provides leadership for human resources and supports the workforce needs of Delta Health System. Her experience includes employee relations, workforce development, recruitment, benefits, and human resources operations.

Chrissy attended Mississippi Delta Community College, completing coursework in general studies. Her education, combined with three decades of hands-on human resources experience, has provided a solid foundation for her leadership and commitment to supporting employees throughout the health system.
 

Chrissy is married to Howard Nicholson, and they have three children and three grandchildren. They reside in Leland, Mississippi.
